Individuals ought to cultivate awareness regarding their consumption of visual, auditory, and written materials because these elements shape what the subconscious ultimately conveys. Hence, the optimal approach to managing negative thoughts involves consistently rewiring and retraining the brain to foster positive thinking, as well as encouraging principled actions, reactions, and speech.
This alignment ensures that emotional states are congruent with what is fundamentally good, ethical, and spiritual, ultimately promoting thoughts and feelings that uplift oneself and others. When one’s thoughts and emotions are pure, they will not inflict mental, emotional, or physical harm, as they remain untainted by negative influences and data.
