If you could relive one day from your past, which day would it be and why?
I have no desire to relive any day from my past. My memories are there when I choose to visit them, and I honor them for what they were—chapters that shaped me, taught me, and carried me forward. But the more I live in the present, the more I love it! There is something powerful about being fully here, fully awake to the life unfolding right now!
I love how the present makes me feel—its freshness, its honesty, its invitation to let go of what once was. The past has already done its work. Every experience, every emotion, every mental shift, every moment of spiritual growth has led me to this exact point. And I value that! I value the becoming that happened along the way!
But being only happens in the now. This moment is where my life actually lives, breathes, and expands. I don’t want to go backward. I care about now and moving forward—about who I am becoming, about the clarity and peace that come from choosing presence over nostalgia.
The past mattered. Every day mattered. But the present is the only place I desire to be — and the only place where I’m open to being surprised by tomorrow!

Memories are memories for a reason, and without the present and without choosing today, there would be no memories — we wouldn’t be creating new moments that naturally give us reasons to reminiscence and reflect; we essentially become stuck in the past and stagnant, effectively wasting our potential, depriving ourselves of the interesting surprises of tomorrow 🙏🙏
