Facci is a local Italian restaurant that serves the most exquisite spaghetti dish, Sophia Loren. It’s crafted with angel hair pasta, baby spinach, wood‑fired red pepper ragù, goat cheese, and walnuts — a combination that feels both rustic and elegant. It’s the best pasta dish I’ve ever tasted, and I enjoy it to the utmost every time I visit!
I always ask them to leave off the mushrooms since I don’t favor them, yet nothing is lost unless you’re a devoted mushroom lover. The dish remains absolutely divine. I savor every bite, carrying its memory with me until my next visit. Truly, it is a dish to live for!
It’s a dish I look forward to every time, and one that always leaves me grateful for the small joys that make life feel rich and memorable!

I love pasta dishes, but Sophia Loren is something I’ve never tasted. My local restaurants do serve pasta, but I don’t remember seeing this one in any of the menus, but it sounds very delicious! I’d love to give it a try with mushrooms, since I love mushrooms.
Of course, we can make it in our house if we have the necessary ingredients.
