I haven’t been following Michael for very long, but from the very first post I read, his humor cracked me up. He doesn’t try too hard or force anything — his personality simply shows up in every line. Not everyone is naturally funny, but Michael is, and that’s what makes his writing such a joy to read.

Betty! thank you very much. I am honored. when I set out to start the blog, the one thing that was important to me was to set a tone of authenticity and relatability. Even though, it doesn’t get the “influencer” attention, I was fine with that because it sets me up to find what is the biggest priority of my social media life here: finding authentic, grounded, relatable and deeply human bloggers like yourself!
Yes, that is the main priority here. When I find people who revel in the beautiful basics of life, I am gaining more from interacting with them than I do by putting my eyes and attention to the influencer type social media accounts that dominate the corporate culture of Instagram and YouTube.
